By accessing or using Morph Vista Tech's website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Morph Vista Tech provides a HIPAA-compliant customer relationship management platform designed for aesthetic and med spa practices, including booking, client communication, marketing automation, and reporting tools.
3. Billing & Plans
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. A one-time onboarding fee applies and, where offered, may be spread across the first six months of service. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; annual plans are billed upfront for the discounted rate.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
New subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee as described at time of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates HIPAA or other applicable regulations governing client health information.
6. Limitation of Liability
Morph Vista Tech is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
